Sewing Odette's Iconic Dress from The Swan Princess (1994) | Iconic Dresses

Hi everyone! Welcome to the third episode of Iconic Dresses! :)

Since making my Anastasia dress, I have been so nostalgic for movies from my childhood and decided to sew the iconic gown from The Swan Princess (1994). It was a lot of fun revisiting the movie, the soundtrack, and the amazing dresses Odette wears throughout! :) It really brought me back to watching it with my sisters off our VHS tape. The memories! I loved Puffin SO much haha

If I can be honest, I HOPE this dress works. This dress was quite difficult and I struggled a lot with recreating certain elements, like the sleeves. I still think I should and could remake the dress so that it looks better, but I'm happy with the final result and how hard I tried! I would love to remake the dress with a stretch fabric and preferably the first dress with the different sleeves. The black dress is gorgeous too!
