This year marks the 50th anniversary of the death of Éamon de Valera and will see an election for the office of President of Ireland, one that he himself created and held twice. Though massively unpopular and utterly lacking any relevant experience, Conor McGregor is confident that he will win and posts on a daily basis about what far reaching changes he will make when elected. This video looks at how and why the Presidency was created, what powers a rogue President would have and how they might be stopped.
