Rudranath Trek is a beautiful and offbeat trekking trail located in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, India. The Rudranath trek takes you through some of the most pristine and untouched landscapes of the region, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
Rudranath is a Hindu temple dedicated to God Shiva, located in the Garhwal Himalayan Range in Chamoli Uttarakhand, India. Located at 3,600 meters (11,800 ft) above sea level, it is also considered the toughest Kedar out of the Panch Kedar. It is a natural rock temple situated within a dense forest of rhododendron dwarfs and Alpine pastures. The trek takes you through beautiful forests of rhododendron, oak, and deodar trees and offers breathtaking views of the Himalayan peaks, including Nanda Devi, Trishuli, and Chaukhamba.
The Rudranath temple is the fourth temple in the Panch Kedar pilgrimage circuit. Only in this temple can you see the face of Lord Shiva.
