EKKOs & Condors & Ridges, oh my!! How do we decide?

The @WinnebagoRVs EKKO, @EntegraCoach Condor and @jayco Granite Ridge are all so similar it makes trying to decide which one will work best for very difficult (for us, anyway!). We have learned that there is no perfect van!
Some of the things we would prefer are gas over diesel, which leads us to a Ford chassis. We also like the dinette/kitchen areas of the Sprinter EKKO but, again, it;s a Mercedes diesel chassis. Also, while we're not against making some simple mods we don't really want to spend this kind of money and then make a TON of mods. We like the suspension "upgrades" that come standard on the Condor/Granite Ridge.
One other issue is that there aren't many "user" or "real world" videos about the Condors or Granite Ridges. Maybe it's because they're so new? Funny, too is that after making this video I saw the new floor plan (23 S) for the Condor which has a dinette we would prefer...except it appears to only be on the Mercedes (diesel) chassis. Ugh!
