Call of Duty: Black Ops II ends the story that was began in Call of Duty: World at War's disturbing and gritty World War 2 story. Black Ops upped the ante with further ambition in a Cold War setting. Treyarc was ready to take the story into the far future of 2025 with this newest installment that has audiences, to this day, hoping Call of Duty would return to this absolute peak.
