This One Word Will Change Your Cantonese Forever: Mastering 係 [hai6] in 10 Minutes!

*Please note: it has been brought to my attention, which I forgot to explain in this video, at around 4:08, the usage of 佢靚係靚 [keoi5 leng3-hai6-leng3] is almost never used by itself, but usually as a premise to a "but" statement, indicating there are other factors that contribute to the quality of being "pretty." Although it usually precedes a "but" phrase, I have heard of it being used by itself on several occasions.
