Porch Play Chats are just one way IPA USA advocates for the child's right to play.

For sourcing your own materials:
Just driving around! Once you know what you're looking for, you'll start seeing materials all over the place: after storms, there's always downed trees (ask the owner or tree company if you can have some stumps!), or construction sites where they're excavating rock (they are usually happy to give them to you, if you can find or rent equipment to haul the rocks).
Getting in touch with local tree removal/utility/arborist companies. They often have scrap yards they haul to, or will let you have pieces on-site.
