Many of you have been asking where to find homes under $300,000 in The Villages. Typically most of those homes are Patio Villas or Cottage Homes. Come with us as we take a first look at where some of these type of homes are located in the new section of Hawkins. Most of these are not yet on the market but will soon be listed for sale.
