IS THIS A HUGE MISTAKE??? MAJOR LAND WORKS IN THE VALLEY - Off Grid

The heavy machinery has arrived at Sinead's off grid paradise and things are changing very quickly! It's all quite scary and stressful and she's wondering if her plan is a good one or not. Of course I think it's an amazing plan and seeing it all coming together is great, even if it does look quite chaotic at the moment... what do you think? She also takes us into her water mine for a quick look and we'll be revisiting that in a future video, for sure!

I also spend some time down at Sanchia's clearing the land in preparation for olive picking and I manage to clear space up at mine for firewood to see me through the winter. Then Sanchia appears at the end of the video... she's staying for around a week and has some big plans for her little cabin.
