Testing: Prone, lift infant up to see flexor tone; supine, lift child to observe extensor tone
Stimulus: Position of labyrinth in inner ear
Response: Prone – flexor tone, Supine- extensor tone
Interferes with rolling if it does not disappear by 6 months
