Kill all the members of the Pegorino Crime Family and the Rascalov Family to find Dimitri
Dimitri Betrayes Jimmy and kills him
Chase Dimitri by killing his rest of the goons
Use the Boat to chase him
Jacob arrives at the Helicopter
Climb into the Helicopter and Chase Dimitri all the way to Happiness Island
Chase and Kill Dimitri who Betrayed you Twice
Dimitri is Dead, Good Riddance!
