This week, Republican Candidate for California Governor Steve Hilton and Herb Morgan, candidate for State Controller, released "Califraudia," a preliminary review of fraud, waste, and abuse of taxpayer funds in California. The tip-line investigation alleges that the Golden State has lost $250 Billion in areas such as Medi-Cal, housing and homelessness spending, infrastructure contracting, and unemployment insurance failures. The report already instigating a war of words between the White House and Governor Newsom's office.
