TU EWM -/scwm/TU, VT03N, Integration between TU and EWM

S4 / EWM Shipment Integration

Note:
1 Delivery should be relevant for transportation planning in S4.
2 Delivery should be relevant for Transportation planning in EWM.


S4 side

1. Create a shipment type (optional) or use existing shipment type
2. Define external number range and interval - assign it to S4 shipment type
3. Create Packaging material type for TU as HU creation. Define in S4 and EWM both - Category as Transport
4. Create Material - Material type VERP and assign this packaging material type in defined in step 3 here.
5. Define partner profile in WE20 - Message type SHPMNT/Basic type Sh**05- Logical system for S4 and Logical system for EWM both - Inbound and outbound.
6. Distribution model - BD64 - Add the message type for both EWM and S4 logical system.
7. Route is active for transportation planning.
8. Transportation planning point assignment to company code/Determination of Transportation planning point.

EWM Side
1. Create packaging material type same as step 2.
2. create means of transport
3. /SCWM/PM_MTR - Maintain the means of transport and the S4 packaging material defined in step3.
4. Config setup for S&R for TU.
5. Make sure TU action profile has specific action definition active
6. No. Range for S&R is maintained.
7. Define action profile in Door for any relevant PPF if needed , make sure to maintain the number range interval in door.
8. Default Idoc setting in EWM side.
9. Make setting for shipment Idoc processing. Transportation planning point and shipment type assignment.
10. Goods issue- obligator planning in EWM.
