✅ Intermediate (12th) Marksheet and Certificate
✅ Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate (Original)
✅ Character Certificate (Original)
✅ Certificate of Medical Fitness (Certificate 9)
✅ Domicile Certificate (Certificate 3) (if applicable)
✅ Caste Category Certificate – SC/ST/OBC (Certificate 1 / 2) (if applicable)
✅ Sub-category Certificate – FF/AF/PH (Certificate 4 / 5 / 6) (if applicable)
✅ EWS Certificate (Certificate 10) (if applicable)
✅ Affidavit (in case of a gap in education)
