This is an excellent concert filled with so many amazing MH-MM duets. MM's bass lines are brilliant. Excellent acoustics at Shriver Hall - Johns Hopkins University, where MH studied classical guitar, composition, and electronic music for five years at its Peabody Conservatory; graduating in 1980.

This version of ‘Follow Through’ is a most wonderful arrangement; and includes a 'special Lynyrd Skynyrd' intro + outro -- for his Baltimore audience, his adopted "home" town - from his Peabody Conservatory days. (intro: Free Bird /outro: Sweet Home Alabama { Baltimore ☺️})

Q: putting “Follow Through” on the new record?
MH: It’s a completely different version than the first one [on the Windham Hill in Concert video]. I had been saving that song for a future record and this was just the right time. I didn’t want to do it like I used to so I changed it all around and made a two guitar version of it, then added the drums and synth bass. ("i’ll leave you with my motto: Let your imagination lead, reality will follow through." ‘India’ is a wonderful arrangement, as well. ‘Because It's There’ is amazing with a special musical intro on his Klein Trans-Trem electric harp guitar !! MH tells the Harbin Hot Springs story before playing his masterpiece ‘Dirge’.
