We were lucky enough to attend the staff preview night of Chester Zoo Lanterns & Light, and WOW — what a magical evening! ✨🦌🎄

From dazzling spotlights and lasers to glowing pathways and festive displays, the whole zoo felt like it had stepped straight out of a Christmas storybook. We explored the trails, checked out the Chester Zoo Christmas shop, and soaked up every festive moment.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Christmas event without food… and we definitely indulged! From bratwursts and tater tots to pie & mash, plus roasting marshmallows over the fire, it was pure winter comfort heaven. 🔥😋

To top it all off, we even got to meet Santa — the perfect ending to a truly unforgettable night. This event is absolutely one we’d recommend to everyone.
