I reached Master 1 in July with this - it did take a lot of grinding and perseverance.
In some ways the deck might be better now with the September ban list, albeit with adjustments to the tech cards.
tl;dr
Deck fun - cheese works well against some common decks - not broken, but worth playing if you have the cards.
