Since introducing the Mazda-based Zero over a decade ago, we’ve continuously refined and evolved the platform to perfectly complement the Mazda drivetrain while delivering an unmatched driving and build experience.
The Mazda-based Zero kit builds on the proven design of the original Zero, tailored specifically for Mazda MX5 (Miata) enthusiasts. This kit is designed to incorporate parts from Mazda MX5 models (Mk1, Mk2, Mk2.5) from 1989 to 2005, with the flexibility of both right-hand and left-hand drive options.

You can now build your Zero in 6 Modules, which is explained in the video in detail: The Mazda Zero package is designed to provide a high-quality, well-rounded foundation for your build while allowing for customisation and upgrades as you progress. Every kit includes a carefully curated selection of premium components, giving you every part needed to build the car and ensure a seamless and rewarding assembly experience.

Key features as standard include GBS fully upholstered seats, offering both comfort and support, alongside our bespoke plug-and-play wiring looms for a hassle-free electrical setup. The Emerald ECU ensures optimal engine performance, while full carpeting and a complete interior—featuring GBS individual instruments.
Externally, the package includes Team Dynamics wheels wrapped in high-performance Yokohama tyres, providing exceptional grip and handling. The car’s structure is completed with precision-cut alloy and GRP body panels, ensuring both strength and aesthetic appeal. Finally, the bespoke GBS stainless steel exhaust system enhances both performance and sound, delivering an unmistakable driving experience.

The 6 Modules:
Module One / The Foundation £3,956.00- Begin with the core of your kit, starting with the chassis, pedal box, alloy interior and exterior panels.

Module Two / Wiring & GRP Bodywork £1,867.00- Get your wiring harness, body panels, brake lines, and fuel lines in place.

Module Three / Engine & Fuel System – £1,837.00- Install the fuel system, engine mounts, engine harnesses, sensors, and exhaust system.

Module Four / Suspension & Steering – £4,434.00-Assemble your front and rear suspension, fully adjustable dampers, wishbones, steering kit, driveshafts, and prop shaft.

Module Five / Interior Completion – £3,290.00- Fit your full interior including GBS seats and runners, steering wheel, boot cover, and trims for a complete, comfortable cockpit.

Module Six / Final Touches & ECU – £3,237.00 -In the last stage, the car comes alive with the Emerald ECU, wheels and tyres, windscreen, wiper motor, mirrors, grill, and GBS badges. This stage ensures your Zero is fully functional for the IVA and road-ready.
