Benjamin and Otto are chugging across the Arctic Ocean in their tugboat. They are bringing some circus animals – a family of walruses, two horses and a giraffe – to Icetown where their new home in the circus there awaits them. The two crooks, Hinky and Pinky follow them. They kidnap Wanda the baby walrus so that she can bring up a treasure chest, which they have happened to discover in the sea. Although Benjamin’s boat springs a leak and the engine fails, Benjamin and Otto are still able to rescue the baby walrus, get rid of the thieves and bring the animals safely to Icetown.
