Our second instalment of our experience at the stunning dojo of the Koryu Kyudokan - "The place where the old ways are practiced". Here Daljit actually had a go on a genuine makiwara, as opposed to the wall mounted version. We also learn one of the core principles taught by Steve Lowe Sensei. See how it went, and why we shouldn't be using the wall mounted makiwara!
