Pursuant to Executive Order (EO) 14303, Restoring Gold Standard Science, federal agencies are required to use accurate and reliable data collection and reporting techniques to maintain scientific integrity and improve innovation. This briefing is scheduled for 60-minutes and will address EPA and USDA challenges with collecting and managing massive amount of data every year (e.g., EPA/ORD’s participatory science data collection efforts). Data integrity, quality, and efficiency are critical and e-Study provides best practices for effective design protocols to ensure data quality that minimizes duplicative data collection effort, data cleansing delays, and costs associated with data errors.
