Install Arduino IDE:
Download and install the latest Arduino IDE from the Arduino website.
Add DigiSpark Support:
Open Arduino IDE.
Go to File - Preferences.
In "Additional Board Manager URLs," add this URL:
http://digistump.com/package_digistum....
Go to Tools - Board - Boards Manager, search for "Digistump AVR Boards," and install it.
Install Adafruit NeoPixel Library:
Go to Sketch - Include Library - Manage Libraries.
Search for "Adafruit NeoPixel" and click "Install.”
