This was part of the Gran Fondo National Series. I rode the 100 mile Gran route, to 'celebrate' my 1-year cycling anniversary.

It wasn't my best ride ever; I didn't feel great (and had some tachycardia during the first timed section), and was very uncomfortable later on when tackling the Cat 2 climbs. I also got stuck in torrential rain as I summited the final big climb of the ride, which made for a nasty descent back into Asheville.

*My apologies for the camera being tilted. I also had problems following a video edit after I'd already added the captions, which messed up the captions' timing, making many of them nonsensical. I've deleted the worst one, but others remain which might not make total sense.
