Special Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp pepper seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp coriander powder
2 onions, roughly chopped
1.5 tsp pepper powder
3 tomatoes, pureed
Chicken 65 seasoning (mixed with water to make a paste)
1 small bowl tomato sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and pepper seeds. Roast until fragrant.
2. Add chicken and roast for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add chopped onions and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add pepper powder and mix well.
6. Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add chicken 65 seasoning paste and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
8. Add tomato sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
9. Serve hot.
