We’re excited to share Ian’s inspiring journey into the NHS. After meeting Scarlett from the General Recruitment team at a community careers event, Ian took the first step towards a future he once thought was out of reach. With the right support, encouragement, and his own determination, Ian has now secured his dream role as a Healthcare Assistant at University Hospitals Plymouth.
Ian’s story is just one example of the important outreach work we do across the community.
