Terrytoons was the first animation studio to portray TV as a household normalcy. Paul Terry was possibly the first cartoon mogul to whiff the money television would bring. The studio worked on a Fables proposal in the 1950s.
POSTSCRIPT: A friend noted the Fleischer Screen Song I AIN'T GOT NOBODY showed a home TV in 1933.
