The new OCIS Help Desk Support Portal is the one-stop hub for almost all of your technology needs at the university. Submit and update tickets, file forms, read articles, and more.
The Help Desk portal is not officially open at this time. It will be officially opened September 1st, 2021. If you are interested in joining an early access test of the site, please contact Ayanna Sheppard for access.
(Due to FERPA, password resets and related issues must be resolved by speaking with a Help Desk representative. However, if you are able to log in to your e-mail, the portal has links to change your password.)
