The leaders of the DRC and Rwanda have agreed to establish solid foundations for lasting peace in Eastern DRC. President Felix Tshisekedi and his Rwandan counterpart President Paul Kagame, who have not seen eye to eye for sometime since the conflict escalated in Eastern DRC, met in a trilateral meeting with the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, in Doha.
