It's time for the truest nutrient of all to have it's time. While many well intentioned people will debate over other important nutrients: protein, fats, sugars and fibers, studies show many of them are missing out and what makes that debate even possible: water. It really needs no introduction beyond that.
Apologies for the poorer than usual audio, I recorded this in peak allergy season and this was the best take I got.
