Happy Lantern Rite! Yeah I completely did not forget about it...
It's been a while, hasn't it? I could put the blame on the song, but it literally just loops after 2:30... which is quite unusual for a Genshin piece now that I think about it. Anyway, I'm just busy with work and some other personal stuff, all good things, since I'm being productive nevertheless.
Despite being all over the place, the melodies in this song are actually fairly diatonic, so it's not as challenging to pick them by ear as you'd think. It's just that the notes are moving up and down by more than an octave most of the time. Jarring, but consonant still.
