粵語 | 香濃番茄煮牛肉 | 用牛腱不肥膩 | Tomato Beef Stew

Ingredients:
1 pack beef shank (2 pieces)
1 carrot
3 tomatoes
1 onion
1 small ginger
6 cloves of garlic
1 scallion
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp cooking wine (or 1/4 cup red wine if you like to add more wine)
4-5 cups of water
*add sugar and/or ketchup at the end to adjust the sourness from the tomatoes
(I added 1/2 tsp sugar)

Beef marinate:
pinch of salt + pinch of black pepper
2 tbsp all purpose flour (for coating)

材料:
1 包 金錢腱 (2 條)
1 個 紅蘿蔔
3 個 番茄
1 個 洋蔥
1 小塊 薑
6 瓣 蒜頭
1 棵 蔥
2 湯匙 茄膏
1/4 茶匙 鹽
1/2 茶匙 糖
1 茶匙 廚酒 (或如果喜歡落酒, 可以放1/4 杯紅酒 )
4-5 杯 水
*最後加適量糖和/或茄汁來和番茄的酸味
(我加了1/2茶匙糖)

醃牛肉:
少許鹽 + 少許黑胡椒粉
2 湯匙 中筋麵粉 (上粉用)
