Lymphatic Drainage Routine for Mild Arm Lymphedema: New Modified Version!

I speak a lot about lymphatic drainage on my channel. I explain the traditional method of manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) that's been used for many decades for arm lymphedema. But that may start to change thanks to the ALERT program. In this video, I perform a modified lymphatic drainage and lymphatic massage routine for MILD ARM Lymphedema and swelling based on this new research. So feel free to follow along!
