The Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit Omole is a parish under the Ikeja Deanery of the Lagos Archdiocese. Reverend Father Charles Uzoeto, SDB., whom is the Parish Priest and fellow priests from the Society of Don Bosco have responsibility for the overall administration and spiritual formation of the parish.
The Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit, Omole, was inspired by the vision of Rev. Father Innocent Amasiorah, then Parish Priest of St. Timothy’s Catholic Church, Ojodu. Fr. Amasiorah, whose congregation also included the lay faithful of Ojodu, Omole, Akiyode, Bamako, etc decided to establish a mass centre in Omole Estate Phase 1. He then set up a committee to evaluate options made available by parishioners who offered their residences for the mass centre.
