How a uniform made me hate shank buttons!

Shank buttons are not my favourite!

After years of using safety pins on my work uniform to keep hold of them from the back, I think I'm still traumatised by them.😂

On the bright side now, I know how to sew unlike back then, but I still don't think I'll be drawn to these ones any time soon.
