Spok and Nicky saw the worst of humanity when still very young. Nicky was born by a stray mum and was shot when she was only a few weeks old. She was left paralyzed. The bullet is stuck in her spine, and can't be removed. Spok was probably kicked, and he was left with a broken spine, dragging his body in the island of Lesvos. An amazing woman, who I am more than proud to have met, fosters them both. Linda is one of the most experienced and dedicated foster mums ever, and she adored both of them. I promised her I would do my best to have them adopted, and I really hope this video helps. Adopting a paralyzed dog is not the easiest thing to do, but it's not that difficult either - after spending an entire day in Linda's home, I realized that.
