Get ready for one of the very best hikes in this series: the Isle of Noss and South Bressay.
Noss is a world of dramatic cliffs and shorelines, and the very peak of Shetland wildlife — thousands of gannets, puffins so close you could almost touch them, arctic terns swooping overhead, plus seals, otters, and even rabbits.
And to top it off, the South Bressay coast offers peak serenity. If you’ve still got energy left, this hike rewards you with sweeping shores and the rare feeling of having it all to yourself.
