📋 材料 (Ingredients)
1. 豆腐 — 2 块
2. 寿司紫菜 — 1 张
3. 金针菇 — 1 包
4. 木薯淀粉 — 适量
5. 调味料 — 素食照烧酱、蜂蜜、蘑菇调味粉

1. Tofu — 2 pieces
2. Sushi seaweed — 1 sheet
3. Enoki mushrooms — 1 pack
4. Tapioca starch — appropriate amount
5. Seasoning — Vegetarian teriyaki sauce, Honey, Mushroom seasoning powder
How to Make It
1. Prepare Ingredients
Cut tofu into thick rectangular pieces and pat dry.
Trim and separate enoki mushrooms into small bunches.
Cut seaweed sheet into strips.
2. Assemble
Place a small bunch of enoki on top of each tofu piece.
Wrap a strip of seaweed around the tofu + enoki.
Brush with cornstarch water at the end of the seaweed to help it stick.
3. Coat
Lightly dust each tofu piece with cornstarch mixed with a little salt.
This helps it fry crispier.
4. Pan-Fry
Heat oil over medium heat.
Pan-fry the tofu until all sides turn golden brown.
Remove and set aside.
5. Make the Sauce
In the same pan, add vegetarian teriyaki sauce.
Add a bit of water to adjust the thickness.
Add a pinch of mushroom seasoning powder.
Add some cornstarch water to thicken the sauce.
Simmer until the sauce becomes slightly thickened.
Turn off the heat, then add a little honey for sweetness and shine.
6. Coat the Tofu
Add the fried tofu pieces into the sauce and gently coat them.
Transfer the tofu to a plate.
Pour the remaining sauce in the pan over the tofu.
7. Serve
Serve immediately while hot and glossy.
