Producing Live & Hybrid Events

In this episode of the LiveStreamer Backstage Podcast, I'm joined by Chris P Giles of @chrispgiles1 and we talk about live production of virtual and hybrid events!

During the pandemic organisers were forced into taking their events online as purely virtual events. This no doubt drove rapid development of the platforms, infrastructure and methods used to deliver these events and certainly has been something we have all since benefited from in the wider live streaming space.


Now that the world has opened back up again, folks have been keen to have those face to face meet-ups and so the live in-person events have naturally returned. However, the virtual events are still very much here to stay and there’s also been a high prevalence of hybrid events giving options on how folks can attend.

Chris has a lot of experience in this space and so was great to hear his insights.
