International star ECURIE D DK dominated his $650,000 Breeders Crown Open Trot in 152 at Meadowlands Racetrack
Trained and driven to victory by Åke Svanstedt (Svanstedt Stable USA) for owners Marko Kreivi Stables and Suleyman Kuksei Stables and Ake Svanstedt, the 5YO son of Infinitif has won his first two starts on this side of the Atlantic.
Truly an International phenomenon, he was bred by famous French horseman Jean Pierre Dubois, he is by an Italian stallion, was registered in Denmark, developed in Norway, owned by Swedes and now has won the USA's biggest harness racing championship!
ECURIE D DK gave Ake Svanstedt his second Breeders Crown win of the day and career, as well as two victories for caretaker Emmie Mårtensson, who also rubs Felicity Shagwell S. Stablemate BACK OF THE NECK finished second.
