I’m a proud alumna of Brigham Young University–Idaho, graduating in 2017 with a BA in Business Management – Entrepreneurship. I was invited back to speak at BYU–Idaho’s Power 2 Become (P2B) Conference to share my journey, empower students, and offer real-world insight into finding direction and purpose.
Today, I’m an Arizona Realtor with a background in interior design. My path wasn’t easy—but it became much more meaningful when I learned to focus on my strengths instead of my weaknesses.
In this speech, I share:
How to overcome self-doubt and cope with your weaknesses
How to identify your strengths and use them with confidence
What it looks like to put your strengths in the driver seat of your life
I hope my story helps students discover confidence, clarity, and the courage to move forward—even when the next step feels uncertain.
