These reflections are my personal interpretations, shaped by years of reading Carl Jung’s work and related psychological and philosophical writings.
They are not academic conclusions — but lived insights into the process of becoming whole.
Most people believe fulfillment comes from being needed.
From being useful.
From being approved of.
Carl Jung discovered the opposite.
A person who lives for others
never truly lives for themselves.
Not because they lack kindness —
but because they lack sovereignty.
Living for others feels noble.
But over time, it becomes a quiet form of self-erasure.
Your desires fade.
Your voice softens.
Your identity dissolves.
Until one day, you realize
you’ve been performing a life
that doesn’t belong to you.
Jung called this the loss of the Self.
The moment your true nature
is buried beneath expectations.
But individuation —
the process of becoming who you truly are —
begins the moment you turn inward.
Not to become selfish.
But to become whole.
This is not about rejecting others.
This is about reclaiming yourself.
Not to dominate.
But to awaken.
Not to withdraw.
But to live from your authentic center.
In this video, we explore
why living for others slowly destroys the soul,
and how choosing yourself
is the first step toward psychological freedom.
This is not about isolation.
This is about alignment.
You were never meant to disappear for the world.
You were meant to exist fully within it.
And once you do,
everything changes.
