In this recipe we will see how to make kesari in Tamil. Rava Kesari recipe / Kesari bath recipe is a quick and easy sweet recipe which is a popular serving along with breakfast recipes. Rava kesari requires only a few ingredients and can be modified to make pineapple kesari or even mango kesari. I usually prefer 1 cup of sugar for 1 cup of rava (sooji) which is the perfect amount of sweetness for me but you can increase the quantity of sugar to 1.5 cups if you are serving to a younger group :) . The amount of water is 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rava / sooji....some cashew, dry grapes toast for ghee....
