A Day Trip to Würzburg American High School

I've got a lot of close friends that have been together since 1986 until present. Some of our friendships happened during our time in Würzburg High School (WAHS).

It's crazy to think of how long ago that was. Being an overseas military brat, we all have history with our high schools. Some of the schools are long gone (R.I.P. Mannheim & Frankfurt) but the nostalgia of just being in the area is something that all brats dream about as they get older. I was fortunate enough to have skateboarding to thank for most of these long-term friendships.

After 30 years, Chris Burnette wanted to bring some of those memories back to life. I'm glad I was able to take this journey down memory lane with him in this new clip.

For those of you that attended WAHS, this one is for you! A little side note, if you are coming to take a photo of the infamous sign, make sure to go through the front doors of the school afterwards, they are open, science labs are held there for German students but I have always been waved or smiled at when I walk through the halls.
