I arrived at around 4pm. Most merchandise was sold out by this time (shout out to all the fans that camped out and woke up super early), so you can plan to go earlier if that's what you want to do! I don't think it's necessary to go super early, my friend arrived there around noon and still got a lot of different merch items.
The lines to get into the arena were not bad at all, but if you're looking to go through the bts exhibition, there will be a long line!
