These styles include belly-dancing, kathak, Indian folk, Western popular, and "modern", jazz, and even Western erotic dancing mixed with Odia freestyle ollywood dance. ollywood dance is an important part of Indian culture, it is unique in its ability to tell a story through bodily movements. ollywood Dance style is a fusion of various dance styles".

Routine for workout - This routine affects your whole body parts with shape toning
=======================================================================
1.30 minutes non stop performance on the routine with 6 reps of 5 min each
2. A break of 3-5 minutes after first set and repeat the process
3. Repeat this 3-4 times a week & best time is morning between 6-8 a.m
4.Drink sufficient water half an hour before the start up (1/2 ltr)
5.Dance with 150% energy in all sets.
6.A little bit of warm up is important for 10 mints before your start up specially the leg and upper body portion.
