Today we head up to the central basin of Lake Erie in search of Walleye and Perch on the kayak. I go over the lures I use, the water temp, depth and speed. Check out the Livescope section of the video, and the killer blackened fish tacos at the end!

Blackened Fish Tacos
Ingredients:
Fish (I use walleye in this video, but you can use any fish you prefer or can get your hands on!)
Premade coleslaw
Del Monte Fire Roasted sweet corn
Fresh cilantro
2 limes
Jalapeno (Optional)
Blackened Seasoning
Ground pepper
La Banderita Carb Counter tortillas
Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo
Frederik's Verde Street Taco Sauce
In a bowl, combine the premade slaw, sweet corn (drained), juice from 1 lime, chopped cilantro and sriracha mayo. Put the finished slaw in the fridge until the end.
Cut the fish filets into lengths to fit the tortillas. Season both sides with blackened seasoning and cook on the Blackstone, skillet, grill or oven - about 3-4 minutes per side and until the fish flakes and darkens up on both sides.
Put the tortillas on a plate and cover with a damp paper towel - microwave for 30 seconds.
Place fish on tortillas, add slaw, diced jalapeños (optional), Verde taco sauce, ground pepper. Add a couple lime wedges to the plate.
Enjoy!
