I recently bought this gas/propane infrared grill and absolutely love it! I doubted whether or not it would be worth it for two main reasons: (1) does infrared technology really improve the taste and quality of cooked food? and (2) some reviews indicated the grate holes plug up resulting in difficulty to clean.
