After returning from the previous fire on Washburn, we saw a large amount of smoke south of Livernois and I-96. Upon arrival, a vacant dwelling on Whitfield Street, at Joy Road. Engine 34 stretched, with Engine 39 dumping the monitors. With the front roof collapsing upon arrival, Chief called a defensive stance and Ladder 22 was setup. This video covers the progression of the fire, and fire behavior throughout the 25 minutes.
