UPDATE: The snake in the video is actually a North American Racer. This week was exciting as I returned to Mill Creek Falls Nature Preserve but started from a different trail which eventually led to the falls. I'll be uploading a full-length video about this preserve in the coming weeks. I also visited Clark Nature Preserve and Chestnut Grove Nature Preserve (which isn't part of the Lancaster Conservancy). I was pleasantly surprised to see an Eastern Rat Snake on a chilly morning at Clark Nature Preserve. It was quite long and slowly slithered across the path.
