ASMR: Vegan Chicken Chow Mein | Collaboration With Saucy Bites (Whispered)

Today I’m collaborating with my super sweet YouTube friend, Saucy Bites!

We’ve each decided to recreate a dish that the other has already eaten on their channel, and it’s going to be a surprise! I’ve chosen to make Saucy Bites’ chicken chow mein, which I have veganised by using a store-bought plant-based chicken schnitzel. The challenge uses the ‘Hot Chicken Flavour Ramen’ spicy noodles by the brand Samyang which comes in 3 levels of spiciness: 1x, 2x and 4x. I guess we’ll start out with the original 1x spicy version?
